This form is required to reschedule a One-Time or Recurring Cleaning or to skip a Recurring Cleaning service.
Use this form to submit any scheduling changes. Any rescheduling request will only be valid for the date you mention on this form and won’t interfere with how often you clean. Please fill out a different form for each date that you need to reschedule cleanings if you require more than one. Please get in touch with our office if you need to modify your complete recurring cleaning schedule.
We will impose a $50 late cancellation fee for any service that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice to cover the cost of the cleaning technicians’ lost wages.
Customers who subscribe to recurring cleaning services are free to change the day of an upcoming cleaning for any day before the next scheduled cleaning, except for any applicable late change fees.
We understand that sometimes our recurring cleaning clients may need to skip a scheduled cleaning. To accommodate such cases, we have developed the following skip policy:
• If a client skips a weekly cleaning, they will be charged a bi-weekly price on their next appointment.
• If a client skips a bi-weekly cleaning, they will be charged a monthly price on their next appointment.
• If a client skips a monthly cleaning, they will be charged a first-time cleaning price on their next appointment.
Please note that these prices are based on the frequency of the cleaning service, and skipping appointments may result in additional cleaning required for the next appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at 918-770-6346.
