Pricing & Scheduling
The cost of professional house cleaning depends on the size of your home, its current condition, the type of cleaning you need, and how often you would like service.
Simply Maid recurring house cleaning starts around $110, while First-Time, Deep, Supreme Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings start higher depending on the service. For example, First-Time Cleaning starts around $200, Deep Cleaning around $250, Supreme Deep Cleaning around $300, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning around $250.
Because every home is different, your final price is based on the actual cleaning needs of your home rather than a one-size-fits-all rate.
Simply Maid provides personalized quotes for homes in the Bartlesville and Tulsa areas so you know what to expect before booking.
The amount of time needed to professionally clean a home depends on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, type of cleaning scheduled, and how long it has been since the home was thoroughly cleaned.
A First-Time, Deep, Supreme Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning generally requires more time than a recurring weekly or bi-weekly visit because there is more detail work and buildup to address.
Once Simply Maid establishes a cleaning baseline, recurring visits typically become more efficient because our Sparkle Technicians are maintaining the home instead of repeatedly catching up.
Our goal is not to rush through your home. We plan the cleaning based on what your home actually needs.
Most homes benefit from professional cleaning weekly or every two weeks, but the right schedule depends on your household.
Homes with children, pets, busy schedules, frequent guests, or heavier daily use may benefit from weekly cleaning. Bi-weekly cleaning is a great fit for many families because it helps control dust, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and everyday buildup without allowing too much time between visits.
Every-four-week service can work well for lower-traffic homes or households that handle some cleaning between professional visits.
Simply Maid offers weekly, bi-weekly, and every-four-week recurring cleaning so you can choose the schedule that works best for your home and lifestyle.
The best cleaning schedule depends on how quickly your home gets dirty and how much cleaning you want to handle between visits.
Weekly cleaning is ideal for busy households, families with children, homes with pets, or anyone who wants their home consistently maintained.
Bi-weekly cleaning is our sweet spot for many households. Cleaning every two weeks helps keep bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dust, and everyday buildup under control.
Every-four-week cleaning may be a good fit for smaller households, lower-traffic homes, or clients who do some cleaning themselves between professional visits.
If you’re unsure which schedule is right for you, Simply Maid can help you choose based on your household, lifestyle, and cleaning needs.
There is no one-size-fits-all schedule for deep cleaning.
Many homeowners choose a deeper cleaning once or twice a year, while others schedule one seasonally, before a special event, after a particularly busy season, or whenever the home needs extra attention.
Homes that receive consistent weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning may need deep cleaning less frequently because regular maintenance helps prevent heavy buildup.
A deeper cleaning may also be helpful if it has been a long time since your home was professionally cleaned or if areas such as baseboards, doors, fixtures, kitchens, and bathrooms need additional attention.

Before Your Cleaning
You do not need to clean before Simply Maid arrives—that’s what we’re here for!
However, picking up a few things beforehand allows our Sparkle Technicians to spend more of their scheduled time actually cleaning.
Before your appointment, we recommend picking up clothing, toys, paperwork, dishes, and personal belongings from surfaces and floors that you would like cleaned. Please also make sure our team can safely access the rooms included in your service.
If there are areas you do not want cleaned or belongings that require special care, please let us know before your appointment.
The easier it is for us to reach the surfaces in your home, the more effectively we can spend our time making them shine.
No. You are welcome to be home, but you do not need to stay while Simply Maid cleans.
Many of our clients are at work, running errands, or enjoying their day while our Sparkle Technicians care for their homes.
You can provide a door code, lockbox instructions, or another approved method of entry. Before your cleaning, we’ll make sure we have the information we need about your home, pets, entry instructions, and any special concerns.
Our goal is to make having your home professionally cleaned as easy and convenient as possible.
We love our clients’ furry family members!
Pets may stay in the home during your cleaning as long as they are comfortable and our Sparkle Technicians can safely complete their work.
If your pet is nervous around new people, protective of certain areas, uncomfortable with vacuums or cleaning equipment, or likely to escape through an open door, we recommend placing them in a safe and comfortable area during the cleaning.
Please tell us about your pets before your first appointment so our team knows what to expect when they arrive.
Yes. Simply Maid brings the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your scheduled service.
Our Sparkle Technicians arrive prepared to care for your home using Simply Maid’s cleaning products, equipment, and processes.
If you have a special product that you would like us to use, please contact our office before your appointment. We can review the product and determine whether it can be safely incorporated into your cleaning.
For the safety of our clients and team members, cleaning chemicals are always used according to their instructions and are never mixed together.
If you are beginning recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or every-four-week service with Simply Maid, we begin with a First-Time Cleaning.
The First-Time Cleaning gives our team the additional time needed to learn your home, address existing buildup, and establish a consistent cleaning baseline.
Once that baseline has been established, your recurring appointments focus on maintaining the home rather than repeatedly catching up.
Starting this way helps us provide the care and consistency our clients expect from visit to visit.
During Your Cleaning
When your Simply Maid Sparkle Technician arrives, they will follow the cleaning service scheduled for your home and work through the included areas using Simply Maid’s professional cleaning process.
Before your first visit, we gather information about your home, cleaning priorities, pets, entry instructions, and any special concerns you would like our team to know about.
Your Sparkle Technician arrives with the supplies and equipment needed for your scheduled service and works through the home according to the level of cleaning you selected.
You do not have to be home while we clean.
Our goal with every visit is simple: Clean with care, consistency, and integrity every time.
Yes. Simply Maid Sparkle Technicians keep their shoes on while cleaning for safety.
If you prefer that outdoor shoes not be worn inside your home, just let us know before your appointment. Shoe covers are available upon request.
This allows our technicians to work safely while still respecting your preferences for your home.
We understand that getting comfortable with your Sparkle Technician can be an important part of having someone care for your home.
Simply Maid works to provide consistency whenever possible. However, vacations, illness, training, scheduling changes, or staffing needs may occasionally mean another Sparkle Technician cares for your home.
Because our technicians follow Simply Maid’s cleaning processes and standards, your service is not dependent on only one individual.
Our goal is for you to feel confident in the entire Simply Maid team, even when your usual Sparkle Technician is unavailable.
We want our Sparkle Technicians to be able to safely and comfortably care for your home.
During warmer weather, we ask that the home’s temperature be maintained at 76°F or below while our team is cleaning. During colder weather, the home should be maintained at a safe and reasonable temperature for physical work.
If the temperature is outside our safety guidelines, our technician will contact the Simply Maid office. Whenever possible, we’ll give you an opportunity to adjust the thermostat so the cleaning can continue.
If the home cannot be brought to a safe working temperature, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Tipping your Sparkle Technician is never required, but it is always appreciated.
If you feel your technician did a wonderful job and you would like to recognize them, you are welcome to leave a tip.
Another meaningful way to recognize your cleaner is by leaving Simply Maid an honest review and mentioning your Sparkle Technician by name.
We love hearing when one of our team members has made a difference in your day, and we make a point of celebrating those team members.
Cleaning Services
Regular or recurring house cleaning is designed to maintain a home that already has a good cleaning baseline. It focuses on the routine cleaning needed to keep kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, surfaces, and floors consistently cared for.
A Deep Cleaning allows additional time and attention for areas where dust, grease, soap residue, grime, and everyday buildup tend to accumulate over time.
Simply Maid also offers different levels of detailed cleaning depending on the condition of the home, including First-Time Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Supreme Deep Cleaning.
If you are beginning recurring service, we start with a First-Time Cleaning to establish your home’s cleaning baseline. If your home has heavier buildup or requires more detailed attention, a Deep or Supreme Deep Cleaning may be the better fit.
Not sure which cleaning you need? Tell us about your home and we’ll help you select the appropriate service.
Moving comes with enough to do already. Hiring a professional move-out cleaning service allows you to focus on packing, moving, closing details, and settling into your next home while someone else handles the cleaning.
A Move-Out Cleaning focuses on preparing an empty home for the next owner, tenant, landlord, or property manager.
Because furniture and belongings have usually been removed, our Sparkle Technicians can focus on cleaning areas that may have been difficult to reach during regular housekeeping.
Professional move-out cleaning can save you valuable time during an already busy transition and help you leave the property clean and cared for.
Simply Maid also offers Move-In Cleaning if you would like your new home professionally cleaned before you unpack and settle in.
