Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Simply Maid LLC, doing business as Simply Maid ("Simply Maid," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Simply Maid provides residential and small office cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Appointments & Access

By booking with Simply Maid, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your home or business at the scheduled time. This includes access to necessary areas, utilities (water, electricity), and any special instructions related to entry (e.g., key or code).

If we are unable to access the property as scheduled, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Simply Maid requires valid payment information (credit/debit card) to secure services. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for additional requests, extra time required due to the condition of the property, or changes in scope of work.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee equal to up to 50% of the service cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will make it right with a complimentary re-clean of the missed area(s).

Limitations of Liability

Simply Maid will exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces or items.

• Damage caused by improper installation of fixtures or appliances.

• Normal wear and tear that may become apparent during cleaning.

Valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items should be secured before our team arrives.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms

Simply Maid reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
